When we think about stuff and things the foundations of our thinking are so familiar that they fade into the background. Time is a basis for computation and our understanding of reality as people who ascribe meaning to the linguistic tokens I am presenting to you here. I am so excited to hear Anna’s perspective on time, I have no idea what she will say, it’s going to be amazing! Rainbows are beauty in canonical form, resultant from elementary physics and a great topic to understand why they call it ‘elementary’ when the equations look so complicated!
Time: What even IS that?
Anna Bjornson
Time seems intuitive and obvious, but can we accurately define it? We go about our daily lives with certain assumptions and beliefs about the nature of time…but many of them are wrong. Time is not what we think it is.
